Moving to Australia from a different country has come with it’s ups and downs but it’s been made easier by wonderful colleagues supporting me. In particular Lauren Quinn has been there as not only a colleague but a friend. Her support and advice has been invaluable š

I created a communication book for my participant. His son joked about the āLikes and Dislikesā page and said his dad really needed a book like this. Staff have also learned more about him through it.
Thank you to my amazing desk buddies (SP, PT, and PBS). Working together across our different disciplines has helped me understand so much more about each discipline, and Iām grateful for how we collaborate to give our clients the best support they need!
Mikaela is incredibly helpful around the office. Sheās experienced, caring, and maintains such genuine relationships with everyone. Even her simple āHow are you?ā makes people feel safe to share. Sheās helped me many times with reports and always brings amazing ideas and POVs.
Mitch handles even the trickiest situations with ease. When I once blamed myself for an issue, he stepped in, helped deāescalate it quickly, and reminded me I wasnāt at fault with an instant phone call. His calm, warm support grounds me.ā
During tough moments, Bibiche always listens patiently and genuinely cares about how Iām feeling. When I doubt myself, she backs me up, reminds me of my strengths, and gives me confidence, and guides me when further support is needed. Her empathy and support make a big difference.

Jessica fetched me from the airport late on a rainy night as I first touched down in a foreign country as an international clinician! Without her I would have been so lost and overwhelmed. Thanks Jessica – you’re one a kind!
