Your passion, your bold ideas, and the way you supported each other created moments that lifted us all. This is what happens when people truly give a damn about their work and the team beside them.
As we enter a new year, we want to hear the stories that made you feel backed, encouraged, and uplifted. Tell us about the times someone believed in your idea, helped you through a challenge, or stood with you when it mattered most.
Every story earns you 1 raffle ticket, and adding a photo or video gets you 2 raffle tickets per entry.
A lucky iPad winner will be announced at our first Town Hall Meeting this 2026.
Scroll down to read inspiring stories from your colleagues, and don’t forget to share your own!

Mitch handles even the trickiest situations with ease. When I once blamed myself for an issue, he stepped in, helped de‑escalate it quickly, and reminded me I wasn’t at fault with an instant phone call. His calm, warm support grounds me.”

OT/SP worked to answer a teenagers question, “What’s my diagnosis?”, knowing minimal info before this day. We sourced easy to read, age appropriate information that she understood to begin her journey of understanding herself. She learned who is ‘like’ her and is now approaching next steps.

We set up voluntary Teams shadowing sessions across states to observe each other’s PBS work. Not mandated—just colleagues genuinely wanting to learn from each other’s approaches and grow together. Distance doesn’t matter when your team backs each other like that.
